Meet Your Coach

Working as a successful General Manager in the catering industry, I received great satisfaction seeing people progress and grow to reach their full potential. I soon realised the rewards of assisting people to realise their dreams and embarked on a journey to realise my dream of becoming a Life Coach. I trained and qualified with renowned Life Coach Curly Martin, author of "The Life Coaching Handbook".

I live in Kent with my wife, Emma, son, Daniel and our two cats, Leo and Red.

Shared Successes

Gary
I am writing to say a big thank you for the two coaching sessions I have had with you.

I am amazed how much I have achieved through just two coaching sessions with you. Through your excellent listening and questioning skills I have managed to sort out a number of problems and decisions I have been grappling with for six months. I also very much appreciated the way you very gently asked if you could suggest a possible solution when you knew I had exhausted all avenues – you did this really well. Finally, it’s also really nice to hear you laugh – it makes you seem very committed and genuine.
Good luck – I hope I’ll be as good as you when I get going!

Having a life coach has helped me to take definite steps towards my goals. Gary has helped me to think more clearly about what I need to do in order to accomplish objectives, breaking the process down into practical steps and helping me to plan things and focus on what is important, rather than just doing a certain amount and hoping for the best. Life-coaching has been a strong motivational factor, increasing my desire to do well and therefore the amount of effort I put into achieving my goals. Gary has been warm and encouraging throughout, and has given me a number of techniques to help me visualize how I might change things. Thanks Gary!

When a colleague suggested I tried life coaching I wasn't sure, as I didn't really think it was for people like me.  I thought it was for high flyers that wanted to achieve even more.  I gave it a go though and have been really amazed by what I have managed to do!

The best thing is that my life no longer revolves around the TV.  I used to get the TV guide and mark off as many programmes as I could.  I'd then sit and watch TV for hours - no wonder I never had the time to do what really matters in life!  It would be a chore to get off the sofa to walk the dog or even prepare myself a meal.

I can't believe how much I can get done now - I feel really motivated.  I'm no longer bogged down by piles of personal paperwork and housework.  I feel much more positive about life in general - I recently found out that my department is closing at work, but instead of feeling sorry for myself as I would have done, I feel very positive about finding a great new job.  This is all down to Gary's help.

I find myself being a lot less hesitant when making decision and actually seeing them through. Gary helps you break down both goals and problems so that they become more easy-to-manage tasks, and then you find yourself well on your way to being where you want. He also helps keep the momentum going and your enthusiasm up when tackling even the more tricky situations.  Gary is a great listener and helps you figure out what you really want/need to do.
